Who we are

NEUROMOD+ is a network managed through a consortium of four UK universities: Imperial College London, University of Nottingham, University of Oxford, and University of Edinburgh. Our website address is: https://neuromodplus.org.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

If you sign up as a member, we will collect and store the personal information you provide in your registration form. This is to enable us to contact you about Neuromod+ news, events and activities, connect you with other members via our membership directory, and to enable us to monitor and manage network membership to ensure it meets diversity and inclusion goals.
Any sensitive information collected will remain confidential and your data will not be shared.
You can ask us at any time to delete your membership and any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Your personal details will be deleted at the completion of the project.

Where your data is held and how we protect it.

We store your data primarily on secure servers in the UK and European Economic Area (EEA).
